利用規約

1. 適用 / Scope

本規約は Halal Food Shop（以下「当店」）が提供するオンライン注文サービスの利用条件を定めます。 These terms govern use of the online ordering service provided by Halal Food Shop ("the shop").

2. 注文と成立 / Orders

ご注文は当店が受領した時点で成立します。在庫状況により、やむを得ずキャンセルさせていただく場合があります。 An order is formed when the shop receives it. We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable.

3. 価格と消費税 / Prices & tax

表示価格はすべて税込（食品8％／その他10％）です。 All prices are tax-inclusive (8% for food, 10% otherwise).

4. 受取・配送 / Pickup & delivery

店頭受取または配送をお選びいただけます。配送料は地域によりチェックアウト時に表示されます。 Choose store pickup or delivery. Delivery fees vary by area and are shown at checkout.

5. 返品・キャンセル / Returns & cancellation

返品・キャンセルの取り扱いは特定商取引法に基づく表記に従います。 Returns and cancellations follow our Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice.

6. ハラルについて / Halal

ハラル認証情報は各商品ページに表示します。最新の認証状況は商品の表示をご確認ください。 Halal certification info is shown on each product page; please check the product listing for current status.

7. 禁止事項 / Prohibited conduct

不正な注文、転売目的の大量購入、当店または第三者の権利を侵害する行為を禁止します。 Fraudulent orders, bulk buying for resale and infringing the rights of the shop or others are prohibited.

8. 免責 / Disclaimer

当店は、天災・通信障害等の不可抗力による履行遅延・不能について責任を負いません。 The shop is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure such as disasters or network outages.

9. 規約の変更 / Changes

本規約は予告なく改定される場合があります。最新版は本ページに掲載します。 These terms may be revised without notice; the latest version is posted here.
